David has been an enthusiastic patron of the Revival Theatre Company from the time he and his husband, Cedar Rapids native Matthew McGrane, purchased a second home on the southeast side of Cedar Rapids in 2015. David’s passion for the performing arts began when he starred as Mr. Dussel in his elementary school’s production of The Diary of Anne Frank, when he first experienced how theater entertains, inspires, and enlightens a community. His education and career path guided him toward a more traditional business profession, and he earned a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University. David is also a CPA and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He currently works for PepsiCo as a Senior Finance Director in the Corporate Audit group.
