Joe Wetrich | Player


Joe Wetrich (Nick Arnstein) This is Joe’s third appearance with Revival Theatre Company and is thrilled to be returning to the RTC stage. Most recently Joe was seen in Violet and as Leo Frank in Parade In Concert. Past productions include Forever Plaid Starlighters Theatre, Grease, Echoes and 42 Street at Theatre Cedar Rapids. Joe has been with the Cedar Rapids Follies for over 10 years and has performed with the Orchestra Iowa Pops Concerts in the past.


Amy Friedl Stoner | Player


Amy Friedl Stoner (Eva Peron) is an accomplished and versatile soprano and cabaret singer. A frequent leading lady, her favorite leading roles include: Maria in Sound of Music, Lizzie in Baby, Cathy in The Last 5 Years, and Marcy in Dogfight. Her cabaret shows Amy at the Opus: The Story Goes On and Tapestry: The Music of Carole King were both incredibly successful, selling out all shows in advance of their opening, including the Gaslight Theatre in St. Louis.

Amy recently made her Chicago debut at Davenport’s Piano Bar, and soon followed with her debut performance at New York’s Metropolitan Room. Amy has performed with the legendary Marilyn Maye as a special guest in her show at Lake Okoboji. The past 2 summers, Amy participated in the prestigious St. Louis Cabaret Conference, where she worked with some of the top artists in the cabaret industry. She had an incredibly successful sold-out run of the Cabaret in the Courtyard series at the beautiful Brucemore Historical Mansion. Nikki Stewart | Player


Nikki Stewart (Peron’s Mistress) is thrilled to be appearing for the first time with Revival Theatre Company on the Sinclair Auditorium stage! A Cedar Rapids native, Nikkirecently graduated from Kirkwood Community College. Recent credits include: Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Natalie in Next to Normal, Gingy in Shrek! The Musical, and Eponine in Les Miserables. She’s also had the honor of playing alongside the SPT Writer’s Room as a guest artist in 2014 and 2015. She extends her extreme gratitude to her loved ones for their constant inspiration, patience, and support—and to all at RTC for this opportunity.


Michael Penick | Player


Michael Penick (Hugh Dorsey) is an Iowa City native and Luther College graduate. He received a Master’s Degree in Voice from The University of Iowa where he appeared in Patience (Reginald Bunthorne) and H.M.S. Pinafore (Captain Corcoran). Additional credits include Children of Eden (Adam/Noah) and Pippin (Lewis) with Revival Theatre Co; The Merry Widow (Viscount Cascada) and Frankenboy (Butch) with Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre; Aladdin (Aladdin) and Cinderella (Prince Christopher) with Nolte Academy of Dance; Hairspray (I.Q.) and Rocky Horror Show (Brad Majors) with City Circle Acting Co; and The Music Man In Concert (Harold Hill) with Theatre Cedar Rapids.


Tim Arnold | Player


Tim Arnold (Che) is returning to Revival Theatre Company after previously having played the role of Father in last season’s Violet. A resident of Marion, he studied Acting and Voice at Western Kentucky University, before joining the U.S. Air Force for the better part of a decade while putting his love of performing on the back burner. Since leaving the military and relocating to Cedar Rapids in 2006, he has turned the heat back up, working with many area theatre companies. Some of his more notable credits include Malcolm in The Full Monty, Claude in Hair, and Andrew Jackson in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. He has recently joined his better half, Jordan, in wedded bliss and also has three wildly above-average children, Autumn, Michaela, and Tristan. In addition to theatre, he plays guitar and sings, performing regularly in Eastern Iowa under the stage name Tim Riven.


Nina Swanson | Player


Nina Swanson (Victoria Grant) is an Eastern Iowa Native, raised in Vinton, lived in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids for many years, and now lives on an acreage in Central City with her husband Carl, a dog, two cats, and five goats. Currently she works as a piano teacher, the music minister for Unity Center of Cedar Rapids, and as a voice over artist. She has been a performer for the Old Creamery Theatre, Theatre Cedar Rapids, Liars Theatre, and done a few cabaret shows at Brucemore. Some of her favorite roles include Peter Pan, Guinevere in Camelot, Chris in Calendar Girls, and Jenny in Rob Nassif’s Honkey Tonk Highway. She is absolutely thrilled to be able to put her dancing shoes back on and play Victor/Victoria for Revival Theatre.


Stephanie Neff | Player


Stephanie Neff (Maude) is thrilled to be part of Revival Theatre Company’s production of Funny Girl. Stephanie has performed in the Ensemble of Theatre Cedar Rapids’ Shrek the Musical, and played Stepmother in the Brucemore Children’s Theatre production of Cinderella. She is also a two-year veteran of the Cedar Rapids Follies. During the day, Stephanie oversees health and wellness efforts at Cedar Rapids Community School District. She enjoys spending time with her husband, five-year-old daughter, and three dogs; and, she greatly appreciates their willingness to let her pursue her passion of performing.


Raechal Sabin | Player


Raechal Sabin (Mimsey) a Cedar Rapids native, is *READY TO HIT THE STAGE* in her second RTC production of Funny Girl! She was last seen onstage in RTC’s production of “Pippin“! Her other performances, at Theatre Cedar Rapids, include: Linda in The Wedding Singer, ensemble in Legally Blonde the Musical, Bird Girl inSeussical the Musical and Columbia in Rocky Horror Picture Show. She is currently a 1st grade teacher for the Cedar Rapids Community School District. She wants to thank her parents and boyfriend, Gabe for their undying support! Here’s to Coloring Outside the Lines!


Larry Newman | Player


Larry Newman (Carroll “Toddy” Todd) is delighted to be making his debut with Revival Theatre Company in Victor/Victoria. Many years ago Larry supported himself as a professional singer/dancer/actor in regional musical theater productions throughout southern California and Las Vegas. He is a graduate of the Los Angeles American Center of Musical Theater Workshop. He also worked on cruise ships as a singer and dancer for a few years, traveling the world, before retiring from the stage for twenty-five years. He returned to the theater a few years ago, only auditioning for select shows with roles he has always wanted to play. The role of Toddy in Victor/Victoria was definitely on his list!

A couple of other recent roles include Van Buren in Damn Yankees and Sancho in Man of La Mancha both at Iowa City Community Theatre. Today he supports himself as the director of the adult/geriatric primary care nurse practitioner program at the University of Iowa College of Nursing. He dedicates this performance to his husband Mike and his son Clifton.


Angela Billman | Player


Angela Billman (Violet) Under the direction of Brian Glick and some form of Revival Theatre Company, this is Angela’s second opportunity to play a woman named Violet. Her first chance was as a siamese twin in Side Show. Other favorite roles include Maria in Westside Story, Amelia Summerland in The Summerland Project, Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Gwendolen Fairfax in The Importance of Being Earnest. She sends great thanks to Cameron & Brian and, as always, big love to her family and cute husband Greg.


Cameron Byrd | Player


Cameron (Brooks JR./ SR.) is very blessed and honored to be a part of Revival Theatre Company. This marks his sixth time performing with the company. Previously he was seen in, Evita, Violet, Parade In Concert, Pippin, and Children of Eden. Cameron has been seen in roles such as Marty in Dreamgirls, Tom Collins in Rent, The Duke of Plaza Toro in The Gondoliers, Riff Raff in Rocky Horror Picture Show, and an Apostle in Jesus Christ Superstar. He has also been a part of many other companies throughout the community. Cameron would like to thank his mom and dad for being such amazing influences in his life and his twin brother Antonio for being his rock and best friend.


Rosemary Gast | Player


Rosemary Gast (Edith Bouvier Beale) is honored to work with Revival Theatre. She is a lyric soprano who has performed the great operatic heroines of Mozart, Puccini and Verdi. Along with opera, she has been active in musical theatre singing several roles including Maria in
Sound Of Music, Fiona in ​Brigadoon, Ms. Hannigan in ​Annie, Violet in​ 9 to 5 Sour Kangaroo in Seussical the Musical, Mme. Thénardier in ​Les Misérables
​and Ms. Andrews in ​Mary Poppins. She has been a frequent soloist with several symphonies and was the winner of the Central Regional Metropolitan Opera Awards. She was twice the finalist of the Friedrich Schorr Vocal Competition, awarding her roles in Britten’s ​Albert Herring
​and Puccini’s ​Madame Butterfly. Rosemary is an active voice teacher and adjudicator who served as Iowa Chapter President of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. She is currently Professor of Voice at Wartburg College.


Aaron Brewer | Player


Aaron Brewer (Joseph Patric Kennedy, JR./ Jerry) has enjoyed performing with many different theatre companies over the past 8 years. Recent credits include Little Shop of Horrors (RHCR), Rock of Ages (Nolte Academy), and American Idiot (U of I) Aaron is a Draft Beer Technician with Johnson Brothers of Iowa and owner of eco mow LLC. He thanks his wonderful girlfriend Hannah and their Morkie, Bogart for supporting him and “thank you” to this incredible cast and creative team for making this a great experience.


Steve Rezabek | Player


Steve Rezabek (J.V. “Major” Bouvier/Norman Vincent Peale) is thrilled to be a part of the Grey Gardens cast, and to be on stage with these amazingly talented cast members. He has been doing regional theater for the past 30 years and has been seen in such shows as Funny Girl, Parade, Les Miserables, Jesus Christ Superstar, LaCage Aux Folles, The Full Monty, and many other local regional productions. He thanks Brian and Cameron for the chance to share the Revival Theatre stage once again, and thanks Traci for her love and support and God for his family, talent, health and happiness.
